Teaching

At NYU Wagner, I teach graduate courses that examine how governments can foster dynamism in the private sector and how public agencies translate policy into practice. In previous years, I have taught classes on national development strategies and regulatory enforcement. My courses emphasize rich case narratives that enable students to draw insights as if they had conducted the fieldwork themselves.
